Job Title: Restoration Home Program Manager 

 

Department: Residential Services

 

Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday and on-call as scheduled

 

Compensation: Salary, plus benefits

 

Summary of Job Responsibilities: Provides leadership and oversight of restoration home participants and volunteers in the program.

​

Restoration Home: Serve as liaison between Director of Residential Services and direct care staff: modeling healthy leadership, support and feedback concerning participants and policies 

 

Participant Support: Create an environment in which women feel safe and that there is a clear mission and vision that is lived out in the home

 

Programming: Provide support, shift coverage, and coordination of volunteers for restoration home

 

Key skills: Strong leader, clear thinker, ability to prioritize, conflict resolution, crisis management, responsive vs. reactive, ability to maintain a calm presence amidst pressure

 

Education and Experience: Preference will be given to individuals who possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in behavioral or social sciences, social work, psychology, education, counseling, or a related field and have at least (3-5) years of experience in residential treatment, at least one (1) of which has been in an administrative or supervisory capacity.
